Randy has been Senior Minister and lead communicator at Journey Church since 1997. His two biggest passions are his family and the people God has called him to love and shepherd. When he’s not making house calls, hospital visits or writing sermons, Randy enjoys carpentry, woodworking and working on his farm. He and his wife Lori have four adult children Kiel, Lindsay, Brianne and Lora.
In 2014, Tony left the private sector where he worked for 25 years as an architect to accept the position of Discipleship Minister here at Journey Church. As an elder in our church for many years, God used Tony’s leadership and passion for helping people grow and become more like Jesus to ultimately call him into full time ministry. He and his wife Chris have a son named Jacob. In his free time Tony enjoys camping, fishing, and model aviation.
As the minister of Connections and Outreach, Eric takes time to build relationships in our church family and people in our community. Eric and his wife Molly have three beautiful children, Henry, Lucy and Alex. When he’s not working on recruiting volunteers, casting vision, and training leaders, most nights he can be found at home spending time with his family. He also loves sports and is a die-hard UK fan!
As the Worship Minister, Dan is charged with leading the creative teams within the worship ministry and coordinating our worship services. Dan has a passion for seeing people engage with Jesus in powerful ways that transform their lives and the lives of those around them. When he’s not working on a creative project, Dan enjoys woodworking, researching his next pedalboard purchase, but most of all spending time with His wife Leanne and their three kids, Boston, Micah, and Ari.
As the Student Minister at Journey Church, Zach is responsible for helping move students on a simple journey towards Jesus. He is passionate about seeing the next generation recognize their gifts, talents, and abilities and use those as a way to make an impact for God’s Kingdom. In his free time, Zach loves spending time with his wife Allie, traveling to see family, and watching sports. His favorite teams are the Indiana Pacers and Cleveland Browns.
In addition to handling all the accounting, event planning, and scheduling Tammy also manages the day-to-day activities in the Church Office. She’s pretty much the glue that keeps things together around here and is always willing to lend a helping hand! On top of all that, she also bakes the best cheesecake in town. Tammy loves spending time and creating memories with her son Camden. They also love traveling and honoring the legacy of her late husband, and Camden's amazing father, Chris. In addition to traveling and baking, she also enjoys antiquing and spending time with friends.
Crystal is so passionate about moving children on a simple journey towards Jesus. Crystal is truly
gifted with children; you can feel her exuberance and zeal immediately. Crystal wants them to
not only learn about Jesus but to have an authentic relationship with Him. She has been the Director of our summer program, Journey Camp for the past 3 years. She’s been married to her
husband Malcolm for 23 years and has 2 daughters Carrie and Amanda. She has also been blessed with a new grandson name Carson. In her free time, she enjoys her grandbaby, reading, traveling spending time with her family, sponsoring women through Celebrate Recovery and
sitting still.
David and his family have been members since 1994, and he has served the church almost that long on the grounds and worship ministry teams. In December 2022, he accepted the position of
Facilities Manager, which includes maintaining the buildings and grounds of our 20 acre campus. David’s passion is involving others in service as we live out one of our mottos: “Saved People Serve People.” He is very committed to connecting volunteers to different areas of need based on their skills and abilities. David and his wife, Gina, have four grown children, Nathan, Drew, Sarah (daughter-in-love), and Hannah, and his greatest joy is spending time with them.
