Welcome to Journey Church in Versailles, Kentucky. Our mission is to move people on a simple journey toward Jesus. We desire to help people begin their journey by believing in Jesus, belonging to His Church, and becoming all that God has created them to be.

WE BEGIN

Every journey Begins somewhere. We each have our own life with its challenges, yet all of us desire to find meaning in it. At Journey we believe that people are created for a relationship with God and the answers to life’s questions are found in Jesus. Jesus invited those who had questions and were searching for answers to come and see, and at Journey we do the same.

CARE & PRAYER

WE BELIEVE

Belief is the principle part of our Journey toward Jesus, without which we can never live the life God intended for us. We set aside our doubt of the promise of the gospel and have faith in the God of the Bible. As we believe His promises and allow Him to take his rightful place in our lives, as we experience true peace, joy, and fulfillment.

We were made to Belong. God never intended for us to move through life alone, and our Journey with Jesus is no different. We need to take part in His church with other believers to move towards Him. It’s through our connection, commitment, and participation in the family of God that we find in Him our identity, and direction as followers of Jesus.

There is no quick fix for Becoming like Jesus, but at Journey we believe this is what God truly intends for all of us. This happens through an intimate relationship with Him built on trust, transparency and time. As we become more like Jesus, we can’t help but take part in the mission of the Gospel through His Church and in our lives.
